All vehicles have been titled with the Utah DMV and they will be sold with a clean and clear Utah title. With title in hand you will register the vehicle just like any other used vehicle purchase. The buyer is responsible and liable for registering the vehicle in their home State. They must satisfy all applicable State registration requirements, including, but not limited too, vehicle registration/title fees, safety certification, sales tax, to meet State inspection and transfer of ownership.

An MOT test (Ministry of Transport) is an annual test of vehicle safety, roadworthiness, emissions required for all vehicles in the United Kingdom. All vehicles in the United Kingdom must have pasted an MOT test to be road legal. The decision to pass or fail each presented vehicle comes down to these following guidelines. The MOT test covers, lighting, signaling equipment, steering (including suspension), brakes, tires and wheels, seat belts, body, structure, chassis (rust) and general items. Also including body and components such as spoilers, bumpers and mirror housings, exhaust, fuel and emissions. All our vehicles imported come with a British MOT certificate of roadworthiness and safety, a significantly higher standard than any USA inspection.

Yes all vehicles we offer for sale have been legally imported to the USA and they conform to all the rules and regulations. All vehicles imported fall under federal regulation of the 25 year old rule, as such, they are exempt from Federal DOT and EPA regulations allowing them to be lawfully imported, registered and titled in the USA . This is why all of our vehicles are sold with a clean & clear DMV UTAH Title. They have passed all Department of Transport, Environmental Protection Agency, Customs & Boarder Patrol inspections and are 100% legally here in the USA.
